The RoLi lab is a systems neuroscience and neuroengineering lab at the Rowland Institute at Harvard. We develop novel imaging systems to record and manipulate neural activity in freely swimming larval zebrafish. We aim to use these tools to gain a deeper understanding of the neural circuits that underlie flexible and adaptive behaviors. Our lab is particularly interested in the representation of reward and punishment in the vertebrate brain, the neural basis of reinforcement learning, and the mechanisms underlying state-dependent changes in behavior.
The RoLi lab is the joint lab of Drew Robson and Jennifer Li
